Swedish Massage
This is a total relaxation massage for your whole body. We pay special attention to specific concerns or problem areas. A Swedish Massage treatment can range from light to medium pressure depending on personal preference and the level of tension. (Available 90 minutes or 2 hours)

Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and connective tissue. It uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish Massage, but the pressure generally will be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. This is a full-body revitalizing massage that improves muscle tone, flexibility and circulation, and it relieves chronic stress and soreness.

Couples Massage
Couples massage is tailored for two people who would like to be massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage in which smooth, heated stones are used either as an extension of the massage therapist’s hands or by placing them on the body while concentrating on other areas prone to muscle tension. The heat emanating from the hot stones can be deeply relaxing, helping unwind tight muscles and reinvigorate the body. (Add $30; requires 2 hour notice)

Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good.  Additionally, it is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. This is an especially relaxing massage to nurture the mother-to-be and child. Extra care and attention is given to the mother’s comfort and stage of pregnancy. This massage focuses on body aches during and after pregnancy.
