Cancellation Policy - To better serve our clients

A credit card IS REQUIRED for all services when scheduling. Spa and salon appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. PARTIES OF 2 OR MORE require 48 hours notice to cancel. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance for your appointment. Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment!!! Bridal Parties require two (2) weeks notice to cancel. A service charge will be added to your credit card for late appointment or appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. All credit card information will be verified and a fee of $1 charged. A service charge will be applied to your credit card for late appointments or appointments services not cancelled within the appropriate time.
